My name is Melissa and l come from Australia.

I am a fully qualified chef with over 20 years of experience. I speak Eglish, Italian and a touch of French.

After completing my formal training based upon the classical French style of cooking, l began to travel extensively around the world.
My repertoire of cusine ranges from the Far East to Continental Europe and from Africa to Central america.
All of these cuisines I have learnt by actually living there and absorbing their various cultures and methods of cooking.
