MISS MAGGIE’S KITCHEN
A story told around the table
There are encounters that leave a mark.
Families you do not welcome just once, but meet again.
Homes that become living settings, then memories.
With Héloïse, known as Miss Maggie’s Kitchen, the story unfolds this way. In two chapters. Two stays. Two houses. And one common thread: the art of living, shared around a table, in a lived-in home, with simplicity and care.
First meeting, facing the sea
Spring 2022.
Héloïse and her family discover the Saint-Tropez peninsula through The Spot, a singular villa suspended above the Mediterranean. A home with character, timeless, filled with light and designed for hosting.
Behind the delicate world of Miss Maggie’s Kitchen stands a woman with an inspiring journey. After fifteen years in fashion, Héloïse chose to follow what truly moves her: cooking, sharing and genuine moments. A sincere, accessible and joyful cuisine. A way of welcoming that resonates deeply with what we have always stood for at Villas Prestige & Services.
Very quickly, everything feels obvious.
A love for beautiful tables.
An eye for detail.
The importance of atmosphere.
At The Spot, the kitchen becomes a place of creation. Tables are set naturally, carried by light, textures and colours. Christophe Roué, photographer and Héloïse’s partner, captures these moments with sensitivity. The house comes alive, meals linger and memories take shape.
Around this stay, we also share what we love most to reveal:
- An authentic Saint-Tropez, far from clichés.
- The market and its local producers.
- An off-season lunch at Club 55.
- A bouillabaisse at Chez Camille.
- Simple, genuine and rooted addresses.
The return, among the vines
Summer 2023.
Héloïse returns. And this return is no coincidence.
This time, the scenery changes. The journey leads inland, into the heart of the vineyards, in a greener, more bucolic atmosphere. Le Hameau aux Pieds des Vignes. A peaceful, confidential place surrounded by nature.
Here, time slows down.
Three buildings, generous outdoor spaces, a heated swimming pool, a pétanque court and a rare sense of calm. Another side of Saint-Tropez, softer and more grounded, that we deeply cherish.
This is also our vision of the art of living. Offering homes that tell different stories, yet always feel right. Allowing each family to find its own rhythm, setting and balance.
Between activities designed for both children and adults, the magic once again happens around the table.
Héloïse composes, mixes and dares. Colourful tableware with Italian accents, provided by VPS, enters into dialogue with the natural surroundings of the Hameau. What might seem unexpected on paper becomes an obvious choice. The tables come to life, Mediterranean, sunlit and spontaneous.
The art of hosting, a shared ground
If there is one thing we deeply share with Miss Maggie’s Kitchen, it is the belief that hosting is an art.
An art made of simple gestures.
Of sincere attention.
Of moments designed for others.
At VPS, this takes shape through the homes, through the care given to every detail and through discreet yet
constant support.
For Héloïse, it unfolds at the table, on the plate and in the way flavours, flowers and colours converse.
During this second stay, plans adapt. A little rain, a desire to slow down, to stay in. Suspended moments. And
sometimes, the greatest pleasure is simply doing nothing. Or almost nothing.
A home massage later, relaxation reaches its perfect balance.
A story that continues
Two stays. Two homes. One family.
And the gentle feeling that this story is only just beginning.
Welcoming Héloïse and herfamily twice is also part of our work. Creating bonds. Understanding desires.
Offering places thatresonate with those who inhabit them, if only for a few days.
While waiting forthe next memories to be written together, we invite you to discoverthe world of Miss
