Le Mas de Jeff is an authentic home nestled in the heart of the vineyards, in a preserved setting in Gassin, just minutes from the villages of Gassin and Saint-Tropez.

The arrival sets the tone. A discreet road winds through wine estates, followed by a dirt path weaving between the vines, before revealing, behind a wrought-iron gate, a hidden property surrounded by lush nature. Here, the calm is immediate, almost tangible.

Carefully restored, the house combines the charm of a Provençal mas with contemporary comfort. The main living area, warm and light-filled, is organised around a lounge with fireplace, a dining space and a fully equipped open kitchen. Large bay windows on both sides open onto the garden, the surrounding countryside and the pool, allowing natural light to flow throughout the day.

Outdoors, a shaded terrace under a pergola and a plane tree welcomes summer meals in an intimate and convivial atmosphere. The large wooden table invites long lunches and dinners facing the surrounding nature.

The house offers four bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable, spread between the main house and independent bedrooms accessible from the garden. The master suite upstairs features a balcony overlooking the landscape, while a garden-level bedroom and two independent bedrooms near the pool provide both privacy and flexibility.

The 5,500 sqm landscaped garden, perfectly maintained, surrounds the house and creates a true sense of space and freedom. At the heart of this setting, the heated swimming pool and its generous relaxation areas invite you to slow down and fully enjoy each moment.
