Here, the Mediterranean is experienced on foot. Within minutes, you reach the cove below the house, followed by Escalet Beach, a beautiful stretch of sand and rocks with a discreet little harbor. The coastal path runs alongside the property, inviting long walks toward Cap Taillat, one of the most remarkable natural landscapes in the Gulf.

The house offers a peaceful, restorative atmosphere, shaped by a carefully landscaped Provençal garden with century-old olive trees and natural stone formations. Sea views accompany every moment of the day, in a setting that feels simple, elegant, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

How does the booking process work?

How do I pay for my stay?

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance, along with the security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that this policy applies to most villas; some owners may have their own payment terms.

Kindly note that administrative fees may apply depending on the credit card used.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Yes. The amount varies depending on the villa and is due 30 days prior to arrival.
It is refunded after your stay, within 7 working days provided no damage has been noted.
Should any repairs be required, the refund will be processed within a maximum of two months, less the cost of the repairs.

Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?

Are concierge services included?

Yes. A dedicated concierge team is at your service, seven days a week, to curate every aspect of your stay, from restaurant reservations and bespoke activities to transportation and in-villa experiences. Services arranged through the concierge are billed separately and invoiced at the end of your stay.
