The villa overlooks both nature and the sea, with no overlooking neighbours, in a calm and discreet atmosphere. Here, space, light and views naturally shape the experience. The Mediterranean is ever-present, from the living areas to the bedrooms, accompanying each moment of the day.

Arranged over three harmonious levels, the villa offers generous reception spaces that open seamlessly onto the outdoors. The main living area is spacious and filled with light, featuring high ceilings and a dual orientation: sea-facing for the lounge and kitchen, and garden-facing for a second living room with fireplace and pétanque court.

Outdoors, the swimming pool with its soft, rounded lines, reminiscent of a painter’s palette, brings a distinctive and gentle character to the property. Its domed basin, from which water flows into the main pool, creates a soothing atmosphere, set within a carefully landscaped garden.

How does the booking process work?

How do I pay for my stay?

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance, along with the security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that this policy applies to most villas; some owners may have their own payment terms.

Kindly note that administrative fees may apply depending on the credit card used.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Yes. The amount varies depending on the villa and is due 30 days prior to arrival.
It is refunded after your stay, within 7 working days provided no damage has been noted.
Should any repairs be required, the refund will be processed within a maximum of two months, less the cost of the repairs.

Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?

Are concierge services included?

Yes. A dedicated concierge team is at your service, seven days a week, to curate every aspect of your stay, from restaurant reservations and bespoke activities to transportation and in-villa experiences. Services arranged through the concierge are billed separately and invoiced at the end of your stay.
