Beyond its bastide-style paved entrance, the house reveals a soft and light-filled atmosphere, blending clean lines with contemporary touches and more traditional inspirations. Natural tones and subtle shades of green harmonise beautifully with the Mediterranean surroundings, between olive trees, cypresses and palms, creating a peaceful connection between the house and its garden.

The living spaces have been designed for simple and enjoyable moments. The main living area, opening onto the terrace and pool, brings together a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen in a convivial and fluid layout. From the kitchen, a pergola shelters an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying sunny days and long summer evenings.

The villa offers four en-suite bedrooms, all spacious and comfortable. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own private terrace, while the three others upstairs enjoy lovely views over the garden and pool, including a master bedroom with a balcony.

How does the booking process work?

How do I pay for my stay?

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance, along with the security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that this policy applies to most villas; some owners may have their own payment terms.

Kindly note that administrative fees may apply depending on the credit card used.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Yes. The amount varies depending on the villa and is due 30 days prior to arrival.
It is refunded after your stay, within 7 working days provided no damage has been noted.
Should any repairs be required, the refund will be processed within a maximum of two months, less the cost of the repairs.

Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?

Are concierge services included?

Yes. A dedicated concierge team is at your service, seven days a week, to curate every aspect of your stay, from restaurant reservations and bespoke activities to transportation and in-villa experiences. Services arranged through the concierge are billed separately and invoiced at the end of your stay.
