Initial Visit & Assessment
After your request, a member of our team visits the property.
This first meeting allows us to understand your villa, its character and potential, and to determine whether it naturally belongs within our collection. -
Rental Value Assessment & Mandate Preparation
We carry out a rental value assessment based on our deep market insight and more than twenty years of experience in Saint-Tropez. If you wish to move forward, we prepare the rental mandate, tailored to your expectations and to the way you want your home to be rented.

Photoshoot & Discreet Introduction to Our Network
Once the mandate is signed, we organise a professional photoshoot.
Your property is then introduced across our distribution channels, either publicly or off- market, depending on the level of discretion you prefer. -
Booking Requests, Guest Vetting & Contract Drafting
When a booking request is received, we carefully review the guest profile before submitting it to you. Upon your approval, we draft the rental contract, manage all administrative steps,secure payments and coordinate every detail of the upcoming stay.

Guest Preparation & On-the-Ground Coordination
Our Saint-Tropez team prepares the villa ahead of arrival, oversees check-in, coordinates services and remains available throughout the stay.
